  As I can see, the Minimum wage will be catching us all up before long.
  Wage increases in Security just do not now seem to exist. But more is expected of us.
  Im of the opinion that Wage wise, I was better off 10 yrs ago, then you got a lot more for your money.
  I dont see why we should have to pay for this rediculous SIA Licence, then get paid rediculously low wages.
  Really we should be getting better site rates, taking into account we work, long and unsocial hours, and get paid peanuts.
  The Security Industry is recruiting more and more foreign nationals, and of course they will work for peanuts, and the security industries management know that. Then we have the other side of the coin, most of the foreigners, cant do, or wont do the job, cant even speak english or answer the telephone, more and more clients are complaining about this.
  We also have an increasing problem, those that can do the job get put upon, and we are now loosing well seasoned security officers, due to low wages, poor working conditions, poor management and new recruits that cant do the job.
